excellent location modern bathroom unfriendly staff bad coffee
The hotel's location is excellent directly at the harbor I found this very convenient. My room had a modern bathroom it was well maintained.
I found the reception staff not very friendly I felt a warmer welcome could improve the experience. The coffee tasted bad I wish there was better quality.

average experience, some ISSUES
unprepared room floor discrepancy
the room I booked was not what I expected. I was told I would have a room on a higher floor BUT instead got a room on the second floor. when i arrived, the room WAS a MESS and not ready despite confirming my arrival time. this whole situation felt disorganized and unprofessional, a TERRIBLE welcome.

Excellent stay with great harbour view
double balcony charming staff
I enjoyed the double balcony overlooking the harbour. The hotel was very clean and stylish everywhere. The staff were very charming and helpful (I especially appreciated their local recommendations). The breakfast choices were plentiful and well prepared.
The soap and shampoo were in dispensers attached to the wall, less luxurious. I was told two small bottles of still water in the fridge were free, but on check out I was charged for a large bottle I did not have (which i found confusing). My balcony overlooked a car park with a sliver of sea view.
